Online bidding is now available for all countries. We ask for your patience as we roll it out in all branches / publications.
Registration Procedures
Step 1: To become a bidder, you must be a registered member. If you are not yet a member, please click on the Register button located on the
left of the screen under Member.
Step 2: Once you’ve entered the Registration Page, complete all login and personal information as required. Then, click on Proceed.
Important: Registration with eWaseet lets you create your favourite email alerts, edit your ads, receive weekly newsletters, and a lot more. All you need is to fill in the form below. As we respect your privacy we ensure that it will be by no means disturbed by third parties.
Step 3: Soon after you submit the form, you will receive an email including:
your Login information,
an activation link
Click on the activation link to verify your e-mail address and finalise your subscription with auction.ewaseet.com to access our various services.
NB: Please note that you must activate your account within 2 days of receiving the activation letter.
Step 4: After verifying your e-mail information, the account will be activated.
Step 5: Login to the auction site using your created username and password.
Step 6: Kindly fill in the missing information .Once you submit, you can start to bid by simply clicking on an item you like.
Notification.
The Winner will be automatically informed about the fact by email. By the same token, auction participants will be informed by electronic mail in case they have been outbid (happened to be second after the Winner).
Payment Methods and Terms.
Any registered participant has the right to bid for three items at a time.
No prepayment obligations are imposed.
In case of winning a local bid the Winner may follow any payment method mentioned below:
Cash,
Bank transfer,
Credit card,
Cash transfer via a cash transfer company.
In case of cross-border bidding (as when one resides in Bahrain, for instance, and wins a bid in Kuwait) the Winner is requested to choose among:
Bank transfer,
Cash transfer via a cash transfer company or
Credit card online payment.
Winner Voucher.
On receiving the payment receipt, eWaseet rewards the Winner with the appropriate Voucher that enables him/her to exchange it for the item bid-won.
The exchange can be done either in the local store where the item originated from, in case of internal bidding, or the Winner should turn to the eWaseet regional company, as in case of cross-border bidding.
The Winner Voucher contains the following information:
Winner's contact information,
Company contact details,
Name of the item won,
Item characteristics/features.
The Winner is expected to collect the Voucher or contact the eWaseet local company for the purpose of collecting it within the first week after he/she has won in the bidding.
Otherwise, if ignored, the Winner Voucher will be awarded to the second bidder in the row.
Delivery Terms.
The Winner can collect the item won by him-/herself. As a rule, the item won in cross-border bidding will be delivered to the Winner.
Kindly note that any fees associated with the shipment (clearance charges, customs duties, taxes and any other destination charges) are incumbent on the Winner to pay while eWaseet arranges the whole of the shipment's procedures required.
The shipment is fulfilled either by a reputed transportation company or by the eWaseet Distribution Department.
Accepting the Item Won.
All of our auction items are brand-new ones of excellent quality. All appropriate items have a guarantee.
In case of manufacturing defects the Winner can:
Exchange the imperfect item or
Be refunded for the paid item.
It should be noted that eWaseet insures the security of every single item shipped.
Breaching Terms and Conditions.
The eWaseet auction concept rests on the tenets of goodwill and mutual benefit.
However, disrespect for Terms and Conditions such as presenting misleading personal data, refusing to buy the item bid-won, refusing to accept the item won without an objective reason and/or otherwise harming the eWaseet auction concept,
will lead to immediate banning from the auction participation or to limitation of its use.
